The curriculum philosophy at Silver Lake Community Center Day Care is to provide children with quality care and education through standards based curriculum in a safe, developmentally appropriate and nurturing environment. We support each child’s learning through purposeful play, experiences, materials, manipulatives, and activities that allow children to be creative, problem solve, and explore the world around them. We accept all children, regardless of race, color, creed, sex, religion, or ethnic background.
